I got into bodybuilding because I genuinely became obsessed with the process of transforming the body and seeing what was actually possible through discipline, structure, and execution. What started as training eventually turned into a deeper obsession with understanding every variable behind physique development — training, nutrition, recovery, supplementation, posing, stress, digestion, peak weeks, and the psychological side of prep. I wasn't interested in doing things halfway. I wanted to understand why certain athletes looked different, why some people progressed and others stayed stuck, and how to consistently produce elite physiques without relying on cookie-cutter systems.
Over the years, bodybuilding became more than just training. It became a craft. After earning my IFBB Pro card at NPC Nationals in 2020, I shifted heavily into coaching and applying everything I had learned through both real-world experience and years of working with athletes at different levels. I've coached complete beginners, serious lifestyle transformations, national-level competitors, and athletes preparing for pro-level stages. My approach has always been highly individualized. No two physiques respond the same way, and no serious athlete should be treated like a template.
My coaching philosophy is simple: results come from precision, consistency, and honest assessment. The small details matter. Training execution matters. Recovery matters. Digestion matters. Adherence matters. I believe in combining evidence-based principles with years of real-world application — because bodybuilding is not lived inside a laboratory. A lot of what actually works comes from experience, pattern recognition, and understanding how the body responds over time.
